Join our Team About this opportunity We are now looking for an AI & Automation Transformation Program Director responsible for leading and driving the end-to-end transformation program for MNEA CSS (Market Area North East Asia/ Cloud Software & Services) that leverages AI and automation to improve sales, delivery, and operations across Ericsson and our customers. The role bridges business strategy, commercial execution, and operational delivery, ensuring that AI & automation use cases are not only developed, but adopted, monetized, and embedded into ways of working at scale. This role is a tecno-operational role and requires a blend of technical comprehension and deep operational insight to ensure success. This role will be reporting directly to the head of MNEA CSS Solution Areas, with a dotted-line reporting to head of MNEA CSS Business Operations and PMO, serving as a critical bridge between technical and operational execution covering transformation across all markets within MNEA. What you will do - Develop and execute a transformation roadmap for AI and automation deployment across sales, delivery, and operations. - Own the change narrative and communication for AI & Automation transformation, ensuring strong organizational acceptance in both Ericsson and customer organizations. - Partner with senior leadership to align MNEA CSS AI & automation initiatives with Ericsson's strategic objectives, customer needs, and market trends. - Support to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and operational processes, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and deliver measurable business outcomes. - Drive organizational change by engaging stakeholders across MNEA CSS, building adoption strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation. - Ensuring the alignment with the different CUs (Customer Units), commercial management and other functions with the transformation plans & execution for maximum impact and adoption. - Collaborate closely with customer-leads to co-design transformation strategies for our customers, ensuring their operational readiness for AI & automation integration. - Oversee end-to-end program governance, tracking KPIs, and ensuring timely delivery and reporting of transformation milestones. - Influence and guide cross-functional team toward embracing new workflows, tools, and mindsets required for AI-enabled operations. You will bring / Job Requirements 10+ years of experience in telecom, including large-scale transformation, program management, or consulting roles. Solid understanding of AI & automation related to CSS business and a vision of how CSS needs to transform. Experience with program management methodologies and transformation frameworks, including deep operational knowledge of end-to-end sales and delivery processes for CSS. Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and organizational change at scale (Six Sigma yellow or black belt considered merit). Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies. The Senior Director, Platform & Venues Development is a leader responsible for driving revenue and strategic growth across payments platforms (1) and venues (sports, universities) in the USA and Canada (NA). The Senior Director brings deep expertise and working knowledge in payments platform models (Payfacs, PFaaS, Marketplaces, MoR, Digital Wallet Providers and ISVs), technical providers reselling and referring to companies following these platform models, NA fintech ecosystems, as well as complex sales environments, and a strong understanding of the NA business landscape. Responsibilities Strategic Execution in North America - Implement the business development vision for payments platforms and, tailored to NA market needs and regulatory frameworks. - Monitor and respond to trends in payments platforms and venues across key NA markets. Pipeline Management (building and managing) - Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across payment platform models, venues/universities in NA; ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
