Descriptif du poste 🚀 Ton quotidien En collaboration directe avec les experts-comptables, tu travailles dans une équipe de 75 juristes et tu apportes ton savoir et compétences. - Rendez-vous de conseil à la création, échange quotidien avec les clients - Création de sociétés, restructurations, dissolutions et liquidations. - Assemblées approuvant les comptes annuels (PV d’assemblée, rapport de gestion, rapport spécial) - Transformation de sociétés - Augmentation/réduction de capital - Transfert de siège social - Cession de parts ou d’actions. - Pacte d’associés ; - Conditions générales de vente ; - Contrats divers… Profil recherché 🚀 Et toi dans tout ça ? De formation juridique (Bac+5) en droit des affaires, tu justifies d’au moins un an d’expérience, de préférence au sein d’un cabinet comptable ou d’un cabinet d’avocat. Tu es apte à répondre à des sujets juridiques et tu as envie de faire grandir un service, tu as le goût du contact client, une excellente organisation et un très bon relationnel. Les créations de sociétés n'ont plus de secret pour toi, et le challenge t'anime. Précisions du poste : Au bureau, en télétravail partiel, ou full télétravail tout est possible !
