Résumé du poste Relevant directement du CEO, le Directeur ou la Directrice des finances agit comme partenaire d’affaires clé et pilier de la fonction financière de Sinistar. Dans un contexte de forte croissance et d’expansion internationale, cette personne joue un rôle central dans la structuration, la fiabilité et l’évolution de la fonction Finance. Elle assure à la fois une exécution rigoureuse des opérations financières et une lecture claire, stratégique et orientée décision de la performance de l’entreprise. Le rôle combine une forte dimension opérationnelle; incluant la supervision de la comptabilité, de la trésorerie, de la paie et de la conformité fiscale, avec un mandat structurant visant à faire évoluer les processus, outils et contrôles dans un contexte de passage à l’échelle. Ce rôle s’adresse à quelqu’un qui a déjà vécu l’hypercroissance, qui sait ce qui est requis pour structurer une fonction financière en temps réel, et qui sait naviguer dans des environnements fiscaux complexes et multi territoriaux. L’équipe Finance se compose actuellement d’une Analyste Financière. Le présent rôle remplace la Directrice des Finances précédente, qui avait contribué à structurer la fonction et à poser des bases solides. Tes principales responsabilités Stratégie & leadership financier - Agir comme bras droit du CEO sur toutes les questions financières, fiscales et de planification stratégique. - Développer et piloter la stratégie financière globale en cohérence avec les objectifs de croissance accélérée de l'entreprise. - Construire les outils, processus et contrôles internes nécessaires pour soutenir un passage à l'échelle rapide. - Rédiger des rapports financiers clairs et pertinents à destination des investisseurs et du conseil d'administration. - Préparer et soutenir les dossiers de financement, de subventions et d'aides gouvernementales. Planification & performance financière - Élaborer les budgets annuels et assurer un suivi rigoureux des performances financières. - Analyser les écarts, identifier les tendances et formuler des recommandations correctives à la direction. - Superviser la gestion de la trésorerie, incluant la planification des flux, la facturation, le recouvrement des créances et le traitement des paiements. Fiscalité & conformité internationale - Assurer la conformité fiscale, légale et réglementaire dans toutes les juridictions où Sinistar opère (Canada, États-Unis, Europe). - Gérer les enjeux liés aux devises étrangères, aux prix de transfert et aux normes comptables applicables dans chaque territoire. - Coordonner les relations avec les auditeurs externes, les institutions financières et les organismes gouvernementaux. Opérations financières - Assurer la production rigoureuse et ponctuelle des états financiers mensuels ainsi que l'analyse des résultats. - Gérer le processus de paie dans le respect des obligations légales et conventionnelles applicables dans chaque pays. - Piloter la consolidation du groupe (plusieurs autres entités) et assurer la cohérence des pratiques. Profil recherché - Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en direction financière ou contrôle de gestion senior, dont une expérience significative dans une entreprise en forte croissance ou en contexte de scale-up. - Titre CPA un atout, mais des profils financiers expérimentés avec un parcours équivalent (CFA, contrôleur senior, MBA finance, etc.) sont également encouragés. - Expérience concrète en gestion financière multiterritoriale: fiscalité internationale, gestion de devises, normes comptables locales, etc. - Expérience directe dans un contexte de croissance rapide et d'expansion géographique (lancement dans de nouveaux marchés, structuration d'entités légales, etc.). - Capacité éprouvée à bâtir des systèmes et des processus dans des environnements en construction, avec un sens aigu des priorités. - Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et Google Sheets; connaissance de Xero (un atout). - Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l'organisation et agilité dans un environnement qui évolue vite. - Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
