Make Your Mark: The Marketing Specialist will assist in the planning and execution of internal and external marketing activities across Asia Pacific as directed by the Snr Manager - APAC Marketing You'll leverage your industry and marketing knowledge, coupled with a digital-first mentality to engage new and existing customers in ways that profitably drive customer acquisition, upsell and retention. You will also leverage BlackLine's partner network, where applicable, in order to support the generation and capture of qualified pipeline. A big part of your role will be supporting the transition of BlackLine's marketing activities to a digital-first, ROI focused model. You'll Get To: - Support the delivery of full lifecycle marketing programs including theme conceptualisation, strategy development, content procurement, copywriting, scheduling, promotions, reporting, and evaluation. This can include webinars, live events, virtual events, direct mailers, digital, and ABM programs. - Work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to flawlessly deliver world-class programs that drive successful results against established strategic objectives, timelines and financial goals. - Support the planning and creative development of marketing initiatives, proactively managing all event needs from branding, agenda design, and venue selection to event execution. - Use planning tools, i.e., budget tracking, project timeline, production schedule, event specs, meeting agendas and notes, etc. - Track budget costs throughout the course of project and communicate scope changes that effect budget in a clear manner; reconcile budgets. What You'll Bring: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or Associate's degree and 3 years related work experience - Knowledge of CRM and common marketing tools - Passionate, with a positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional project management, budget management, time management and organizational skills. - Self-motivated and able to work smart in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Proficient writing skills.
