As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high‑quality software while championing a “shift‑left” mindset—taking ownership of quality, security, and reliability from day one. - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications using modern engineering practices - Write and maintain comprehensive automated tests, applying approaches such as TDD/BDD and early quality validation - Integrate automated testing, security scanning, dependency checks, and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to prevent defects and vulnerabilities early - Participate in and lead code reviews, offering constructive feedback on code quality, security, testability, and maintainability - Use cloud platforms and DevOps tools to automate infrastructure and enable reliable, efficient delivery workflows - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business needs into well‑designed technical solutions - Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability in distributed and microservices‑based systems - Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence - Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team What You Bring? Must‑have experience - 5+ years of professional experience in software development - Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and C#, with experience building scalable web applications - Experience designing and working with distributed systems and microservices architectures - Hands‑on experience with AWS and/or Azure, including deploying and operating cloud‑based applications - Experience using CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions or similar tools - Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform - Solid understanding of software quality, automated testing, and secure development practices - Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote, cross‑functional environment Nice to have - Experience influencing or leading engineering best practices across teams - Familiarity with observability, performance monitoring, and reliability engineering - Experience mentoring or coaching other developers We value skills and experience over formal credentials. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is helpful but not required if you bring equivalent practical experience. • Oversee integration projects, design integration architectures with hands-on coding and development • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define integration requirements • Translate end-user requirements into feasible technical specifications • Lead development activities, monitor and coordinate activities with onshore and offshore developers • Ensure that integration projects are completed on time • Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support integration systems • Ensure best practices in integration processes are followed • Participate in scrum meetings and ensure customer needs are met

• Manages and leads engineering activities during the proposal, design and construction stages of projects that are assigned • Provides project oversight, including managing scope according to technical contracts, developing change orders, and maintaining project schedules • Directs and coordinates activities of several disciplines and Project Management group on a project of significant scope or a combination of large projects • Maintains high levels of quality and responsiveness to meet internal and external client requirements in alignment with company expectations • Oversees design activities of team members • Responsible for reviewing project drawings, calculations & specifications, assumes responsible charge as needed • Provides strategic direction, leadership and technical services oversight for employees on achieving individual, team, department, and organizational performance goals • Coaches, trains and develops technical staff for growth and development opportunities • Facilitates weekly team meetings (bi-weekly at a minimum) and actively manages team resource planning • Participates and partners with members of the Sales team and engineers throughout the organization to promote revenue growth and expansion of services with existing and prospective clients.
