• Analyze, design, test, debug, and install application systems and components to meet business needs • Develop computer system specifications that align with organizational standards and architecture • Modify and enhance existing systems to correct deficiencies and improve performance and usability • Collaborate with users to define system goals, workflows, and scheduling requirements • Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to communicate system processes and logic • Ensure system parameters and formats are compatible with hardware/software capabilities • Support users by determining appropriate data sources, writing reports, or guiding system use • Act as the primary point of contact for application system issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems • Coordinate application updates and system enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors • Provide technical support to operational strategies aligned within your program and initiatives that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across all program functions • Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded • Identify and forward to your leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area • Analyze system and business data to assess cost, benefit, and risk for proposed solutions • Evaluate and challenge data sources and assumptions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define user needs and value-driven solutions aligned to program objectives • Provide recommendations based on analysis to support strategic decision-making and solution direction • Support initiatives leveraging cloud technologies, open-source solutions, and agile development methodologies • Help define and track performance metrics, user impact, and expected business outcomes • Participate in growth efforts as requested • Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction • Completes personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on) • Within your program, build productive and positive professional relationships with clients • Execute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the contract specific LCAT and requirements • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in systems analysis, debugging, and implementing application enhancements
  • Proficiency with documenting system requirements, diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems architecture, workflows, and data storage practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with users and technical teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend effective solutions
  • Google Cloud certification preferred (Google Cloud Platform – GCP)

À ce titre, vos principales missions (liste non-exhaustive) seront de : - Pour les campagnes externalisées : - Assurer le support et l’accompagnement des projets pour les tests de performance conformément à l’offre de service. - Assister et accompagner les projets pour l'expression des exigences à formuler auprès du prestataire en charge de la réalisation et de la maintenance des scénarios de performance. - Garantir le respect des normes d'écriture, d'exécution et de récupération des indicateurs de performance. - Pour les campagnes internalisées : - Élaborer les tests et plans associés. - Écrire le Cahier Des Charges pour la campagne cible en assistant le projet pour la définition des scénarios métier à retenir. Analyse de logs de production le cas échéant. - Écrire/Développer/construire les entrants de Performance selon le process en vigueur. - Dans les deux cas : - Préparer l’environnement cible des tests, les injecteurs et les outils de collecte et d’analyse. - Développer/Proposer/mettre en œuvre des bouchons applicatifs si nécessaire. - Exécuter les tests de montée en charge (outils d’injection Jmeter). - Analyser les résultats (outils Stack ELK). - Travailler avec les Architectes et les équipes Projets pour proposer, tester et valider les préconisations d’améliorations (configuration, architecture, requêtes BDD). - Émettre les préconisations (outils JIRA). - Capitaliser sur les tirs effectués (outils SQUASH). - Produire les tableaux de bords et rapport associés. Qualifications - Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire. - 4 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire. - Niveau 7 Master/diplômes équivalents. Requirements - Compétences techniques : - Connaitre et maîtriser : JMeter, ELK, SQUASH tm. - Connaitre une APM sera un plus, et notamment maitriser la solution Elastic. - Connaitre et maîtriser le paramétrage : Linux (système et noyau) et Redhat en particulier, langage Java, technologie Java JEE, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, Postgresql, Oracle, apache. - Connaitre Docker et l'ensemble de son écosystème sera un plus. - Connaissances de Jira, Confluence, Squash, ou équivalents. - Compétences managériales et contractuelles : - Expérience de management d'équipes techniques et de pilotage de prestations.
