• Partner with Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights • Lead complex analyses to identify operational opportunities, quantify impact, and guide strategic decision-making • Execute standardized reporting package to pin-point, monitor and optimize shop operations • Develop and present clear, compelling analytical narratives to operations leadership that drive alignment and action • Collaborate with Regional and District Managers to prioritize initiatives aligned to data-driven conclusions that improve cars per day • Provide real-time analytical support through dashboards, data visualizations, and ad-hoc reporting • Support ongoing KPI reporting and operational performance tracking • Identify business trends and key drivers impacting operational performance • Support the development, execution, and measurement of system-wide operational changes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of internship and/or professional experience in business/operations analytics or commensurate experience
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and data analysis using large datasets
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases
- Exposure to operations-focused environments preferred
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
