• Lead the production and coordination of full construction document sets for 2 to 3 active projects simultaneously • Develop floor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules from design models and redlines • Translate Revit-based design information into highly organized, code-compliant drawing sets • Ensure drawings clearly communicate design intent, constructability, and sequencing to contractors and consultants • Prepare drawing sets for city plan check, permit submission, and contractor pricing • Verify compliance with applicable residential and commercial building codes and local jurisdiction requirements • Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical consultants throughout all project phases • Update architectural plans, sections, and details as consultant drawings evolve • Integrate structural framing — including beams, posts, headers, hold-downs, steel framing, and cantilevers — into architectural sections and wall details for accurate field execution • Proactively identify and resolve consultant conflicts before they reach the field • Produce clear and technically rigorous detailing for light wood-frame residential construction • Detail steel framing at large spans, cantilevers, and hillside conditions • Develop construction details for light gauge steel commercial tenant improvements • Support restaurant tenant improvement projects including interior layouts and limited exterior modifications • Contribute to the studio's architectural detail library by organizing and expanding reusable content • Create AutoCAD and Revit templates for various project types to improve consistency and speed • Improve documentation workflows and drawing standards across the studio • Assist with miscellaneous drafting and technical problem-solving as needed

• Perform analysis of data center infrastructure for installation of switches, servers and other cloud-related equipment; • Plan and oversee equipment deployment, ensuring compliance with technical and operational requirements; • Manage the acquisition pipeline, from request to delivery and final acceptance of assets; • Participate in equipment acceptance and delivery validation processes; • Support budget control, including issuing purchase orders (POs) and tracking payments; • Organize and keep project information and documentation up to date; • Interact with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring alignment and execution of activities; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area’s processes and routines.

Role Description We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. - Hands-on working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) and other modern integration patterns - Works closely with business partners, architect and technical groups to review, design, and implement requirements and strategy - Establishes and enforces API/Integration standards and provides mentorship to the cross-functional teams as needed - Converts complex functional specifications into technical specifications - Analyzes, defines and documents requirements for a system, considering its interfaces and interdependencies with other systems - Performs coding and/or configuration to meet documented needs, utilizing a variety of procedures and techniques - Responsible for the technical content (architecture and design), integrity and quality of the solution - Accountable for the delivery of the solution as specified (by requirements and architecture) - Identifies new technologies and development tools as required - Liaise with Domain Architects to analyze available assets (frameworks, reference architectures, etc.) to bridge the gap between the as-is architecture and the to-be architecture Qualifications - At least 12 years professional Information Technology experience in designing, developing, and supporting Enterprise grade application solutions - At least 8 years hands-on in the Integration/Middleware experience in Solutioning, Developing, Supporting APIs and/or Integrations using tools such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, IBM MQ, Data stage - At least 3 years’ hands-on solutions architecture experience designing various Integration standards - Proven skills in leadership, relationship building, negotiation, collaboration, advocacy, governance, and consensus building - Knowledge of IT Application architecture, Design methodologies across multiple platforms - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution) at all levels - Ability to translate technical ideas/designs to multiple audiences, including Executives - Thorough understanding of and experience with multiple SDLC methods such as waterfall, SCRUM, and/or Agile - Team player.
