• Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership decision-making. • Analyze operational performance trends to identify cost-savings opportunities. • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and structuring financial data. • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and projections. • Work closely with teams across operations, finance, and leadership to provide insights based on financial data. • Assist in month-end and quarterly reporting processes to ensure accurate financial tracking. • Prepare and present findings and recommendations through compelling visuals using PowerPoint to various stakeholders. • Design, build, and continuously improve FP&A reporting deliverables (models, dashboards, recurring packages) by rethinking structure, metrics, and visualization—automating and modernizing outputs to increase clarity, speed, and actionability as the business evolves. • Improve reporting processes by streamlining data collection and analysis. • Assess industry trends and competitor performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and automation.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex information, including financial statements,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate numbers into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to present findings accurately and appropriately for the intended audience.
- Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools (NetSuite experience a plus).
- Ability to work independently and to proactively evaluate and address work opportunities within the area of responsibility.
- Ability to organize, perform, and prioritize various functions to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure financial reporting and planning aligns with project execution and regulatory requirements.
