• Create and maintain SmartSheets and other documents to track progress on new programs and campus launches • Maintain and update agendas and progress notes on recurring group meetings on new programs and campus launches • Assist in the development and generation of Proformas and Business Plans for new programs and campus launches • Provide oversight to the Clinical Business Developer(s), including clinical site sourcing, creating and maintaining partnerships, and ensuring new programs have sufficient clinical sites before scheduled launch • Align program development and clinical site implementation with organizational goals and regulatory standards • Guide internal launch processes, including greenlight processes, system interdependencies, and timelines • Resolve client, campus, or cross-functional concerns promptly and effectively • Assist and partner with Vice President, Operations – Start-ups on projects and tasks necessary to meet new programs and campus launch timelines • Establish/maintain a high performance team of professional, motivated and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management and career-development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics • Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements • Other duties as assigned
