We are looking for an experienced Field Compliance Program Manager to join our Field Compliance department. This is a on-site role in San Jose, CA, reporting to the Senior Director of Field Compliance. You will serve as a critical bridge between complex regulatory requirements and our field teams, driving pre- and post-sales success through expert compliance support and customer assessments. By providing industry thought leadership and actionable guidance to our engineering and product teams, you will ensure our security solutions remain compliant and competitive in an evolving global landscape. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) - Provide high-impact field support through pre- and post-sales compliance efforts, customer security assessments, and executive briefings - Drive industry thought leadership by authoring white papers, technical blogs, and product guides while representing the company at speaking engagements - Analyze global policies and regulations to provide strategic guidance to product management and engineering teams to ensure continuous compliance - Manage the customer compliance dashboard to deliver certifications, authorizations, and knowledge base resources directly to stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to develop training and collateral that simplifies complex compliance concepts for customers and partners Who You Are (Success Profile) - You thrive in ambiguity. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) - 5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) within the cybersecurity industry - Strong technical background in networking and security technologies, including Zero Trust (ZTNA), IAM, and micro-segmentation - Proven experience working with frameworks and accreditation programs such as NIST, FedRAMP, HITRUST, or FISMA - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical compliance requirements for both business and executive audiences - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) - Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or specialized Zero Trust credentials - Cloud-specific certifications from providers such as AWS, Azure, or the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) - Demonstrated proficiency in strategic field enablement planning and execution #LI-DB1 Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
