Overview We are hiring a team of high-performing Virtual Assistants to support a fast-paced Dermatology and Med Spa practice. This includes patient coordination, cosmetic outreach, social media support, and insurance authorizations. This role requires individuals who are camera-on during shift, highly committed, and able to deliver excellent communication with minimal to no accent for patient-facing tasks. Candidates must have experience in a US dermatology, med spa, or aesthetic environments, and familiarity with ModMed EMR (preferred).
