Account Executive
HireRight
• This role is responsible for selling HireRight's on demand employment screening solutions and services to midsize clients. • These targets are realized through managing a defined territory and through working with HireRight’s strategic integration partners for lead generation. • Develop cross-functional relationships within HireRight • Create business plan within the company framework • Identify prospects and define contact program • Arrange prospect meetings and manage the sales cycle • Attend meetings, seminars and conferences to promote HireRight and generate new business • Following training, become self-sufficient in demonstration of service/product • Achieve targets as set out in the sales quota plan • Actively seek opportunities to increase revenue growth • Respond to all in-bound leads within 24 hours • Maintain HireRight’s CRM (salesforce.com) on daily basis • Act as lead contact for assigned Requests for Proposals (RFP) / Requests for Information (RFI) • Ensure accuracy, quality and continuity of all presentation materials of HireRight to all existing and potential clients • Ensure that pricing for all opportunities is appropriate to volume and strategic importance to ensure that we maintain our business profit margins. • Work with Customer Onboarding to ensure that new business contracts are implemented seamlessly • Contribute to sales meetings / sales pipeline review meetings and ensure that agreed actions are completed on time. • Ensure that the correct process is followed, and all relevant information is provided during the handover of the client to the support teams
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a field sales position.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of Screening marketing and familiarity with legislation relating to employment screening, data protection and security would be desirable.
- Alternatively, a background in HR or the Recruitment sector would be beneficial
- Work with resellers and strategic partners to generate sales desirable
- Demonstrated record of success in selling or implementing complex business process solutions.
- Experience working in a cross functional environment
- Hands-on experience documenting customer needs and requirements (e.g., proposals, Statements of Work or Product Requirements documents).

• Prospecting and building new business opportunities within the assigned territory • Ability to understand prospect needs and objectives, then effectively communicate Syndigo's value proposition to solve their unique challenges • Utilize a consultative & challenger sales approach to close opportunities with senior-level executives and forecast weekly when deals will be closed and won • Collaborate with operations and solution engineering as needed to ensure appropriate platform positioning and seamless delivery of solutions/services • Initiate introductory meetings through networking, cold calls, email, and other tools in the standard sales tech stack to help bolster the pipeline generated near the top of the funnel • Coordinate and schedule online or onsite meetings with key decision makers • Be comfortable demonstrating a SaaS-based platform and communicating critical capabilities to differentiate our solutions • Negotiate and drive pricing strategy and proposal development to drive conversion • Negotiate contract terms within the acceptable guidelines provided by commercial leadership • Working the plan and closing deals • Develop prospect account strategy across owned accounts in Salesforce and consistently execute on plan to penetrate through frequent outbound engagement • Research key companies that fit ideal customer profiles and assemble creative outbound messaging • Own and manage an active pipeline in Salesforce.com and forecast accurately in Clari on a weekly cadence • Achieve weekly activity KPI’s with clear goals set in Salesforce for prospect accounts and contacts targeted in a given week
