Job Description

Visual Designer

ZeroTier, Inc.

• Create and assemble creative assets for marketing campaigns across channels, including landing pages, paid ads, email, social, decks, and event collateral • Translate creative direction into polished deliverables and repeatable processes • Prepare production-ready digital and print assets • Support and grow into ownership of projects from initial brief through final delivery • Organize files, manage versions, and ensure all required assets are completed and delivered • Work through ambiguity by making thoughtful design decisions aligned with brand and direction • Proactively identify gaps, suggest improvements, and move work forward • Use and contribute to a modular marketing design system (templates, components, reusable layouts, etc.) • Create and maintain templates that enable faster and more consistent asset production • Support the development of workflows that reduce manual effort and improve throughput • Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL-E, Canva, etc.) to accelerate concepting and production • Incorporate AI-assisted workflows into day-to-day design execution • Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to support go-to-market initiatives • Collaborate with product and UX when needed, with a primary focus on marketing execution • Ensure design work is organized and ready for implementation across teams

Job Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in marketing, brand, or digital design (preferably in SaaS or technology)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based work and/or repeatable design systems
  • Ability to take direction and translate it into high-quality visual output
  • Demonstrated growth toward increasing ownership of projects
  • High level of proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of layout systems, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for:
  • Landing pages
  • Paid ads (social/display)
  • Email and lifecycle marketing
  • Sales collateral
  • Experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL-E, Canva, or similar) as part of a design workflow
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, especially in async/remote environments
