Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or a related field; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategic performance management, or management consulting.
- Expert proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar executive-level visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) or similar performance frameworks.
