Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES - Senior technical role developing and maintaining integrated master schedules across program activities - Develop master schedules - Track milestones - Monitor progress - Identify conflicts - Coordinate resources - Report status - Analyze delays - Maintain baselines REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Three (3) years of relevant experience. - Proficiency with Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project (advanced functions, dependencies, resource loading, critical‑path analysis). - Experience developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for government programs. - Ability to analyze schedule risks, constraints, and performance metrics. - Experience coordinating schedule inputs across engineering, logistics, deployment, operations, and PMO functions. - Strong understanding of dependency management, milestone tracking, and variance analysis. - Ability to prepare clear schedule reports and communicate findings to senior leadership. - Must have an active Secret clearance CERTIFICATIONS CAPM OR PMP PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - MS Project expertise - Smartsheet Expertise - DOD programs Overview We are seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team supporting Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM).
