Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • 1-2 years of practical experience in an Analyst role required
  • Experience in real estate or change management is preferred
  • Advanced Excel proficiency required: must demonstrate expertise with complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested IF statements), pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and working with datasets of 10,000+ rows
  • Ability to build analytical models and automated reports independently is essential
  • Self-directed work style with proven ability to manage projects independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines without regular supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor when interacting with all organizational levels, from site staff to C-suite executives
