• Analyze and evaluate assessments to determine students’ mastery of learning objectives and course competencies. • Prepare accurate, helpful, and consistent feedback to help students develop course competencies. • Apply evaluation processes, policies, and procedures when reviewing and determining students’ mastery of course learning objectives and program competencies. • Stay current with updates to evaluation processes; adopt and apply updated and new evaluation processes as they occur. • Collaborate with team members and leadership when evaluating new and complex assessments to ensure consistent evaluation ratings. • Review evaluation feedback from team members and leaders, apply input as needed to ensure evaluation methods align with department and team expectations. • Partner with team members and leaders to improve evaluation processes that promote consistent scoring and improve evaluation processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum earned Master’s Degree in a computing field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or similar).
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience, teaching, or research in a computing field.
- Preferred Qualifications Doctorate or ABD preferred.
- Professional certifications.
- Preferred experience in the following areas: Applied Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Data Analytics, Python, R, Data Mining, Data Science, Machine Learning, Quantitative Methods, Reporting, Statistical Tests, Parametric, Nonparametric, NLP, Classification, Clustering

As Data Analyst your primary focus is the administration, development, and optimization of our reporting ecosystem. Key Responsibilities SSRS Development & Maintenance (Core Responsibility) - Ownership of Requests: Handle all incoming requests for SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). This includes scoping and building new reports from scratch based on business needs. - Change Management: Execute change requests for existing SSRS reports, optimizing queries and adjusting layouts to match evolving business processes. - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with report rendering, data accuracy, or subscription delivery in a timely manner. Power BI Development & Administration - Modern Visualization: Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards that are intuitive, performant, and visually compelling. - Environment Admin: Oversee Power BI Service administration, including workspace management, security roles (RLS), and gateway configurations. - Data Modeling: Translate business requirements into clean, functional data models (DAX/Power Query) that serve as a "single source of truth." Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance - Requirement Gathering: Work directly with business units to understand their KPIs and translate them into technical reporting specifications. - Data Integrity: Partner with the Data Engineering team to validate underlying data in SQL Server and Azure SQL. - Best Practices: Champion reporting standards, ensuring all new builds follow internal UI/UX and data governance guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise - Experience: 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and BI reporting, preferably in Financial Services or FinTech. - SSRS Proficiency: Strong ability to design, develop, and deploy paginated reports using SSRS (Visual Studio / Report Builder). You should be comfortable writing complex T-SQL queries / stored procedures to feed these reports. - Power BI Mastery: Expert knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (Admin). Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M) is essential. - Database Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL) for data extraction and a solid understanding of relational database structures (SQL Server / Azure SQL).
