• Manage the Art Leads and support the entirety of the artists through management of the leadership. • Establish quality standards for Kokku's art teams. • Review and approve visual materials on bids by working with Art Directors before they go to partners. • Drive production excellence initiatives, working closely with all producers, project managers, and art production services.
• Design, implement, and maintain game systems and features, ensuring stability and performance. • Work with existing codebases, including legacy systems, while contributing to their evolution and optimization. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align technical solutions with game and project requirements. • Identify, communicate, and mitigate technical risks throughout the development cycle. • Optimize performance, memory usage, and overall system reliability. • Ensure code quality through clear structure, documentation, and adherence to best practices. • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, contributing to continuous improvement.
