• Deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment. • Own the end to end data analytics infrastructure, from data pipelines, warehousing, modelling and reporting. • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions. • Analyse company data to uncover trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. • Developing and maintaining data models to support analytics. • Create interactive dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights. • Leverage product usage data to inform product strategies. • Championing data-driven decision making across the organisation and driving the advancement of analytical capabilities.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as a data engineer, analyst or analytics engineer.
- Strong SQL skills are essential.
- Demonstrable experience using visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and modelling, preferably using dbt.
- Experience in event-based analytics to measure user behaviour and conversion performance.
- Knowledge of machine learning models & techniques preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Start-up experience preferred.
