About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and systems-oriented Manager to lead the evolution of our financial planning infrastructure. As the primary owner of Pigment, you will bridge the gap between complex financial logic and scalable system design. You won’t just be maintaining a tool; you will be building the "source of truth" that drives our annual planning, rolling forecasts, and real-time executive reporting. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of connected planning and "multidimensional thinking." You should be comfortable translating a messy spreadsheet or a high-level business requirement into a sophisticated, automated, and user-friendly Pigment workspace. What you’ll do - Pigment Architecture & Ownership: Serve as the Lead Architect for our Pigment environment. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, design, build, UAT, and deployment - Model Building: Assist in the building and refining of financial models (Headcount, Revenue/ARR, OpEx, and Cash Flow) directly within Pigment, ensuring they are dynamic, scalable, and audit-ready - Data Strategy & Integrations: Provide overall support for the Finance Systems roadmap.
