Full TimeRemoteTeam 51-200

Role Summary Specright is hiring an AI Product Manager to help build out an agentic AI-based PLM and product development solution spanning formulation, labeling, compliance, and specification management. You'll work alongside our Agentic Software Engineers to ship production AI features. You'll be embedded in the product-engineering loop: writing structured requirements, prototyping in code, validating with customers, and iterating with the dev team daily. This is a hands-on, high-agency role. We use AI extensively in how we work and not just in what we build. You'll leverage agentic tools daily for research, requirements, prototyping, and synthesis, and help define what modern product management looks like when AI is a real collaborator, not a novelty. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Execution - Define and prioritize features across your product areas, making smart bets on what to build, what to defer, and what to kill - Maintain living requirements docs, context summaries, and decision records that the development team actually uses - Write requirements in structured, testable formats (acceptance criteria, business rules, scope boundaries) Engineering Collaboration - Prototype UI concepts and workflows directly. You're comfortable spinning up a branch, mocking up a screen, or pair-prototyping with an engineer - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning as a technical peer Customer & Domain Expertise - Lead deep-dive customer sessions with R&D managers, scientists, formulators, and regulatory specialists - Translate complex domain problems into clear product decisions. You need to be comfortable going deep on industry-specific workflows and regulatory requirements - Maintain competitive intelligence and use it to inform roadmap and positioning decisions Agentic Workflows - Use and improve AI-assisted workflows for requirements intake, competitive research, regulatory analysis, and backlog management - Collaborate with an engineering team that ships using agentic coding tools and modern AI-assisted development workflows Required Qualifications - 4+ years of product management experience on technical, data-intensive products like PLM, ERP, formulation, labeling, or supply chain software strongly preferred - Demonstrated ability to work at the code level: prototyping, reading PRs, writing structured specs that engineers respect, debugging product behavior - Deep comfort with AI-assisted workflows. You already use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to accelerate your own work, and you're not waiting for someone to teach you - Strong customer-facing skills where you can hold your own in a room with food scientists, regulatory experts, or enterprise IT leaders - Clear, concise written communication as you write requirements that reduce ambiguity, not create it Nice-to-Have Skills - Domain experience in Food & Beverage, Personal Care / Cosmetics, or Supplements - Experience working in regulated product environments (FDA, USDA, EU, or similar) - Familiarity with agentic AI patterns like tool calling, orchestration, retrieval pipelines, evals., sufficient to be a credible partner to engineering - Background in B2B SaaS at a growth-stage company Why Specright - Entrepreneurial culture. We're fast-paced, informal, and flat. Collaboration and innovation matter more than hierarchy or fear of mistakes. - Real impact. Your work will power AI capabilities that touch real supply chain decisions across major industries. - Autonomy and ownership. We hire senior people and trust them to make decisions, ship fast, and continuously improve what they build. - Global team. You'll collaborate across time zones with talented colleagues who care about craft. - Competitive perks. Competitive salaries, flexible work hours, and a full benefits package (Medical, Vision, and Dental). Babylist eases the path to parenthood, offering helpful content, a curated store, and a universal online baby registry through which new parents can discover, request, and buy prod

Full TimeRemoteTeam 300Since 2011

Who We Are Babylist is the leading registry, e-commerce, and content platform for growing families. More than 9 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, trusted guidance, and expert product recommendations for new parents and the people who love them. What began as a universal registry has grown into a full ecosystem for new parents, including the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, and a flagship showroom in Los Angeles. Hundreds of brands in baby and beyond partner with Babylist to engage meaningfully with families during one of life’s most important transitions. With over $1 billion in annual GMV, and more than $500 million in 2024 revenue, Babylist is reshaping the $320 billion baby product industry. We’re helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step. As we build the generational brand in baby, our mission remains simple: to connect growing families with everything they need to thrive. To learn more, visit www.babylist.com. Our Ways of Working Babylist thrives as a remote-first company, with HQ team members located across the U.S. and Canada. We meet in person twice a year—once as a company and once by department to strengthen the relationships that power our work. We show up consistently, stay purpose-driven, leverage AI to amplify our impact, and achieve results—together, from anywhere. How We Build Babylist is in the middle of a fundamental shift in how software gets made, and we are not tiptoeing into it. We are rebuilding our engineering culture around a simple belief: AI changes everything. How teams are structured, how decisions get made, how fast ideas become working software. Our engineers own problems end to end, working directly with product, design, and business partners with short feedback loops and real stakeholder access. We ship, learn, and iterate fast. When something is not working, we throw it out and start over — project failure and personal failure are not the same thing here. AI tools are as natural to our workflow as an IDE or version control. We are not exploring this, we are living it. Our engineers use AI to explore tradeoffs, pressure-test designs, and move from problem to solution in hours instead of days. They generate code with AI so they can stay focused on the decisions that actually require human judgment — not the routine ones. More velocity means more time for craft: better test coverage, stronger architecture, and deeper customer understanding. We hold ourselves to a higher quality bar because of AI, not in spite of it. We are building this playbook in real time, and we are looking for people who want to build it with us. If you have already changed how you work because of AI — or you are ready to — and you care more about shipping something great than following a prescribed process, we should talk. What the Role Is Babylist's customer base is growing rapidly, serving over 9 million families annually, and with that growth comes the need for sophisticated, scalable customer service technology. The customer service product team develops the technology that powers seamless support experiences for new parents navigating life's most transformative moments.
