(full time - part-time - contract - freelancer -> we don't care) - You will directly work with Stephan who has built automated workflows all his life. Current challenges - Develop and implement a communication strategy towards our global community of talents, users, partners, investors. - Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments. - Develop strategies to conquer local markets, implement penetration tests in one-week sprints, and measure results. Building a system that tracks and measures results will be a core OKR of this job. - Use AI tools (Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all our day-to-day processes and everything that we do at least once a month. - We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role! Qualifications - Love AI tools. - Excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general. - Passionate about processes, KPIs, and A/B testing. - Have at least 2 years of work experience. You will be responsible for: - Implementing an AI-layer to our current product. - Creating an AI-backbone for our future software development. We want that 90% of our future code is written and reviewed by AI. - Bringing Lemio to Android and Desktop Browsers. - Making use of the iOS Screen Time API, Parental Controls, Shortcut Automations, and the Device Activity API. Qualifications - Always wanted to become the CTO of a startup. - Excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general. - 2+ years of experience in iOS Mobile App Development. - Live in Europe or the US. Requirements - Bonus if you have worked with the iOS Screen Time API, Parental Controls, Shortcut Automations, or the Device Activity API. We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!
