Current challenges - Improve LTV per download (e.g. through paywall testing). - Improve trial start rate. - Coordinate a PR & Marketing campaign together with our Marketing team. - Develop a BI system for analyzing user behavior to support retention. - Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows. - User interviews to support the ideation for the future of our product. We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role! Qualifications - Always wanted to become the Head of Product of a tech startup. - Excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general. - Passionate about users and KPIs (if you don't love to do 10 user calls every week, don't apply!). - Have between 3-5 years of work experience. The Senior Manager in Commercial Network & Provider is responsible for product management leadership for multiple product teams.
