• Receive and set up new projects/assignments across multiple systems, ensuring all provided information is accurate and complete. • Manage and update project details, including following up with relevant stakeholders to obtain missing or revised information. • Maintain accurate project statuses and ensure invoicing and payor details are kept up to date. • Provide employees with appropriate access to projects/assignments across various platforms. • Answer incoming calls via the call queue and respond to project setup requests received through group email. • Provide support for ad hoc and strategic initiatives as needed.

• Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare coding, classification systems, and regulatory requirements • Develop a deep understanding of Medicaid and healthcare coding methodologies (i.e. CPT, HCPSC and applicable state-specific codes) • Support organizational compliance and operational accuracy by maintaining current knowledge of coding and reimbursement requirements • Ensure codes accurately reflect services for claims acceptance through the claims adjudication and encounter reporting processes • Partner closely with Provider Relations to enter new codes and modify existing codes in the EMR systems • Create accurate reporting of adequacy and other contract-required metrics • Research claim denials, identifying root causes related to coding, and collaborating with appropriate teams to resolve issues • Work with the Data Analytics team to define, store, and analyze data needed to generate meaningful reports

• Update and maintain customer records, including classification of PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) and monitoring of LRN/LRI records; • Validate documentation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards; • Perform consistency analyses of system data and propose adjustments when necessary; • Generate, review, and correct sales reports, commission reports, and financial transaction records; • Calculate commissions according to the rules defined for each commission category; • Identify configuration/parameterization errors, adjust calculations, and ensure correct allocation of amounts; • Prepare management reports and technical opinions on commissions and departmental indicators; • Review suspicious transactions and atypical patterns, classifying and flagging relevant cases; • Escalate incidents to the Risk and Controllership areas with analysis and technical justification; • Monitor responses and ensure that outstanding issues are resolved in accordance with internal guidelines; • Assess existing credit policies and propose adjustments to ensure competitiveness and operational safety; • Apply underwriting guidelines, limits, and internal regulations; • Validate documentation and ensure adherence to established standards for granting and maintaining credit.
