Junior Administrative Analyst – Consortium

• Update and maintain customer records, including classification of PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) and monitoring of LRN/LRI records; • Validate documentation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards; • Perform consistency analyses of system data and propose adjustments when necessary; • Generate, review, and correct sales reports, commission reports, and financial transaction records; • Calculate commissions according to the rules defined for each commission category; • Identify configuration/parameterization errors, adjust calculations, and ensure correct allocation of amounts; • Prepare management reports and technical opinions on commissions and departmental indicators; • Review suspicious transactions and atypical patterns, classifying and flagging relevant cases; • Escalate incidents to the Risk and Controllership areas with analysis and technical justification; • Monitor responses and ensure that outstanding issues are resolved in accordance with internal guidelines; • Assess existing credit policies and propose adjustments to ensure competitiveness and operational safety; • Apply underwriting guidelines, limits, and internal regulations; • Validate documentation and ensure adherence to established standards for granting and maintaining credit.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Management, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including analyses, dashboards, data audits, and cross-checking information;
  • Experience with Power BI, building visual reports, KPIs, and analytical dashboards to support decision-making;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, producing documents, reports, spreadsheets, and structured communications;
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare technical opinions, justifications, and interact with multiple departments;
  • Experience in document and process organization, including record control, verification, and document standardization;
  • Knowledge of administrative routines, including data handling, document review, system use, and support for operational activities.
