Job Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in the digital or technology space
- Consulting experience, including navigating complex external client and stakeholder relationships
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (including user researchers, content strategists, and software engineers) to deliver discovery insights or ship products and services
- Ability to communicate clearly and increase transparency, with a strong sense of situational awareness and conflict resolution
- Experience in government procurement is a bonus (but not required)
- Located in the contiguous United States
- Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (we are unable to sponsor work visas)

In this newly created role, you will be accountable for the operational management and execution of global clinical trial programs (Phases I-III). Role Description GP Strategies is looking for an Associate LMS Operations Manager to be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities in the Learning Management System (LMS) and guidance to ensure the Learner experience is the best it can be.
