AZX
• Source and recruit candidates for technical and strategic roles across AI/ML engineering, platform, strategy, and operations—using LinkedIn, communities, research networks, events, AI tools and creative approaches • Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS (Ashby), keeping data clean, status current, and nothing falling through the cracks • Coordinate interviews end-to-end: scheduling across time zones, preparing interviewers, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint • Own candidate experience from first outreach through offer—every interaction should reflect AZX’s mission, values, and how seriously we take people • Research and map talent landscapes: who’s doing interesting work in AI, energy, climate, and adjacent spaces? Where are the communities, conferences, and networks where our future hires spend time? • Support hiring managers with role intake, job description drafting, and interview process logistics • Help strengthen AZX’s talent brand by contributing to recruiting content, social presence, and how we show up in the market • Flex into marketing and events support as capacity allows—help coordinate event logistics, support outreach campaigns, and pitch in on content efforts • Track and report on recruiting metrics: pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience feedback
