• Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards. • Oversee quality care and analyze the entire operation of the nursing facility. • Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility. • Monitor census on a daily basis. • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities. • Ensure budget conformance and develop reporting on budget projections, revenue, and expenses. • Develop and maintain written policies and procedures and professional standards of practice. • Ensure all employees, residents and families are treated with respect. • Actively involved in resolving HR issues and Risk Management situations within the facility. • Develop and execute creative ideas to increase employee engagement and minimize turnover.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess, as a minimum, A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent.
  • Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite products.
  • Must maintain licensing credentials for an Administrator.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

The Claims Administrator will be responsible for the organization, imaging, claims processing, and overall knowledge of the claims process.
