Role Description We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Funeralcare team to help us transform how we design, build, and operate Co-op applications and systems – building APIs and pulling together data from across the business using Salesforce core platforms. Role Description We’re looking for Call Centre Representatives to join our Co-op Legal Services team. In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to our partner’s customers to offer support and assistance on legal and financial matters. What you’ll do • Take clients’ Estate Planning instructions & document and write wills of various complexity, write powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation, making sure all paperwork is accurate and professionally written • Communicate with clients and external partners via the phone and written communication throughout each case • Manage an incoming case load and work with those parties involved towards the successful completion of a case • Accurately maintain client records and correspondence on our systems, making sure that all compliance and regulatory standards are met What you’ll bring We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria.
