Job Description

Channel Account Manager

Lytx, Inc.

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, managing relationships and ongoing needs • Support partner account planning in alignment with Channel Sales and Rev Gen priorities • Ensure partners are positioned for success across both new business and existing account growth • Work alongside Channel commercial teams to support day-to-day commercial needs of the partner • Assist with pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and deal tracking across partner accounts • Help remove blockers in active opportunities to improve conversion and speed to close • Support onboarding of new partners in collaboration with Enablement teams • Ensure existing partners are equipped with the right tools, messaging, and product knowledge to sell effectively • Drive resolution of partner issues quickly and efficiently to maintain trust and momentum • Act as the internal advocate for partners, coordinating across operations, support, billing, and client success teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in partner account management, channel support, or sales operations roles
  • Proven experience working in multi-channel or partner-led sales environments
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sales, product, and operations
  • Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and operational rigor
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both partners and internal teams.
