Velera
• Creates and maintains proactive, strategic, integrated communications, both internal and external, to build awareness, drive engagement and strengthen Velera’s corporate brand. • Responsible for creating content and messaging for Velera client credit unions and other industry stakeholders. • Collaboration with staff members at various levels in the organization is required to gather content/messaging about products, solutions, services, events and announcements. • Works with the Creative team in the development of any complementary graphical, digital and/or social campaign components. • Plans, writes, edits, and distributes external communications in support of Velera’s Marketing and Communications initiatives, as well as Velera products and services, events and thought leadership. • Ensures communications meet quality standards while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Performs independent research and interviews internal Velera staff and external credit union stakeholders to acquire strong knowledge of the company’s products, solutions, services and value proposition to create appropriate content and messaging.
Job Requirements
- At least five (5) years of experience writing in a professional business-to-business environment required.
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.) required.
- Experience in financial services and/or payments industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required.

Leidos is seeking a Communications Editor to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team supporting the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Headquarters in Washington D.C. This is a virtual position and the candidate may live anywhere within the United States. Telework is 100% with business travel estimated at to 5% – 10%. Our team supports a wide range of FAA organizations in achieving their business objectives under a NISC IV contract. The selected candidate will provide communications support including strategic planning, producing marketing and communications collateral, executing internal and external communications campaigns, and developing information products. Primary Responsibilities Develop clear and concise communications products and materials for internal or external audiences. Conduct research to develop new content and update existing materials. Define metrics to track communications effectiveness. Support the clients by applying creative problem-solving and an entrepreneurial approach. Other duties include researching technical reference materials, gathering relevant technical information, coordinating with stakeholders or other experts, developing draft and final copies of documentation while ensuring documents meet editorial and government specifications and adhering to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style. Specific tasks will include: - Provide support through management of communication products for FAA programs, strategic messaging, creative production, and content development. - Communicate client requirements to design and development teams, manage production schedule, and delivery of collateral. - Facilitate meetings, draft reports, develop other technical documentation, and manage distribution of materials to key stakeholders. - Ensure collateral is up-to-date and reflects the organization’s current policies. - Responsible for writing, editing, proofreading and/or providing writing support on non-technical and/or technical documents. - Conform to policies, guidelines, and procedures with adherence to plain language guidelines and communication best practices, and FAA Office of Communications (AOC) branding guidelines. - Ensure alignment of new products to FAA’s Office of Information Technology (AIT) standards. The Billing and Posting Resolution Advocate is responsible for overseeing claims production, billing, follow-up, collections, and compliance with third party payer regulations. This position is responsible for daily oversight and management of process-based revenue cycle functions, including ongoing improvement to key revenue cycle indicators. These indicators include but are not limited to: A/R days, cash collection goals and posting, denials, underpayment and contract management activities related to patient account management. The Billing Manager should have comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle operations. The position is responsible for personnel development and initiating disciplinary action according to policy.
