Alliance and Partnership Manager – Pharmacovigilance Software

RxLogix Corporation

• Assist in conducting market research to identify potential partners aligned with RxLogix's vision. • Support categorization of partners based on their expertise, reach, and capabilities. • Help engage potential partners, communicate our value proposition, and assist in negotiating beneficial collaboration terms. • Assist in designing customized partnership programs for each partner category. • Support the definition of partner incentives, commissions, and additional benefits. • Help draft clear collaboration agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Develop and update comprehensive onboarding materials and provide training to partners. • Maintain regular communication with partners to foster strong relationships. • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.

Job Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in alliance management, partner development, or business growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (or related field) with an MBA or Master’s in Business Management, Growth, or Strategy.
  • Experience in the BioPharma R&D software and services industry is essential.
  • Possesses a robust network of key leaders and decision-makers in potential partner companies, facilitating strategic collaborations.
  • Experience work with or for a CRO is a big plus.
