Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Reimbursement Operations team at Veracyte. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will work with business partners to identify opportunities for operational process improvements through harmonization of workflows across systems and platforms within the revenue cycle operations. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with: - Technical product managers - Vendors - Reimbursement operational leaders - Members of the Software and Technologies teams This role will be critical to ensuring robust operations. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain detailed process maps in Lucid Chart/Visio for revenue cycle workflows (patient access, coding, billing, claims, collections) - Analyze current business processes and systems, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and recommend process or system-based solutions to drive improvements - Work with business and solution delivery owners to define and document requirements for the assigned products and services, as well as write user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description decks, process flows, manage traceability and UAT - Design and deliver scalable, system-based solutions by producing clear problem statements, process maps, business requirements, success metrics, and post-implementation performance reviews - Maintain a solid knowledge base of the functional and system capabilities of the various areas and products within the assigned product portfolio - Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities - Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams - Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to senior leadership - Support audits, data integrity reviews, and documentation readiness - Take a proactive role in evaluating and implementing revenue cycle technologies (OCR, AI, integrations, automations, etc.) to enhance operational effectiveness Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, life sciences, or related field - 6+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, healthcare analytics, or business analysis or similar role in diagnostics - Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, claims, and reimbursement - Experience with EHR and practice management systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) and familiarity with clearinghouses and payer workflows - Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) and data analysis tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data - Experience working with technical teams to implement business processes in SalesForce Medical Billing Systems (XiFin, Quadax), Prior Authorization, EMR, etc. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Requirements - Critical thinking and systems thinking - Stakeholder engagement and influence - Requirements elicitation and documentation - Process modeling and optimization - Data-driven decision-making - Adaptability in a fast-paced, regulated environment Benefits - Competitive compensation and benefits - Opportunities for career growth - Inclusive workforce culture - Recognition as a 2024 Certified™ Great Place to Work® in both the US and Israel

• Lead complex enterprise pre-sales engagements, including discovery, solution design, architecture validation, and technical closure • Translate business objectives into secure, scalable, and resilient technical architectures for enterprise customers • Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations and executive-level presentations focused on business value and cyber risk reduction • Design, manage, and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) aligned to customer success criteria and operational realities • Collaborate with sales teams, partners, product management, and engineering to influence solution architecture and customer outcomes

• Lead the end‑to‑end design, engineering, deployment, and operation of the enterprise IT GRC platform. • Define and execute a multi‑year GRC technology strategy and roadmap. • Design, build, and maintain scalable control libraries and data models mapped to security frameworks. • Architect and deliver automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions. • Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between the GRC platform and enterprise systems. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of GRC engineers and analysts.

• Acts as a broad subject matter expert for service line Epic functionality and integrated third-party applications. • Identifies best practices for the business and works closely with stakeholders to define the technical systems and enhancements needed to deliver business results. • Conducts research on possible solutions and makes recommendations based on findings. • Develops detailed analysis for proposals that outline feasibility, scalability and costs. • Suggests, designs, tests, implements, and evaluates solutions. • Contributes to service line research for business needs and translates into the technical enhancements necessary for configuration and business process changes. • Develops proposals that outline feasibility and costs. • Codes complex functions including building application tables and reports for multiple Epic applications. • Tests build to ensure quality delivery to business partners. • Implements and stabilizes core business applications, researching application infrastructure needs, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases. • Proactively identifies and solves complex problems; uses ground-breaking and innovative methods to think beyond existing solutions which impact business direction and drive business performance. • Researches and recommends best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance. • Analyzes, prioritizes, and organizes technical requirement specifications using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision making. • Leads functional teams or projects in a project management role with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. • Plans and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements. • Troubleshoots and resolves complex integrated issues crossing applications and works with vendors to solve issues. • Performs other duties as assigned.
