We challenge the status quo, explore better ways of working, and speak up when we see opportunities to improve. Through innovation paired with discipline, we pull the right levers to move the business forward and scale sustainably. - Move Fast and Persevere: We push forward with speed and determination, even when things get tough. In the fast-paced world of e-commerce and startups, challenges are inevitable. Success comes from acting quickly, adapting, and staying resilient when obstacles arise.
