• Perform in-depth static secure code analysis with open source and commercial tools • Perform Threat Modeling and in-depth manual secure code reviews • Perform security engineering reviews • Reverse Engineering App binaries and analyzing the decompiled/disassembled code • Prepare advisory for developers of the application on secure coding practices for addressing vulnerabilities identified • Collecting evidence to demonstrate the findings • Collaborating with client-side application security and development teams • Handle enterprise SAST projects involving a variety of programming languages including and not limited to web applications with Java, .NET, etc., Android and iOS mobile applications programming languages • Execute code-aware security assessments in adherence with industry standards like OWASP ASVS, OWASP MASVS, OWASP Top10, OWASP Mobile Top 10, SANS 25, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, MITRE-CWE etc. • Experience with enterprise SAST projects involving a variety of programming languages including and not limited to web applications with Java, .NET, etc., Android and iOS mobile applications programming languages

• Deliver technical troubleshooting and resolution of application issues in line with Client, and in partnership with Application Vendors. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt handling of tickets, communication with customers and adherence to SLAs. • Investigate and manage to resolution Incidents affecting Functionality, Availability, and Performance. • Undertake tuning and scaling of systems for both performance and security. • Manage security profiles across applications in line with IT security principles. • Systems include: Custom Power Apps. Custom .Net IIS SQL applications with multiple integrations. Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including Precision Forms. Dynamics 365 Sales, and HubSpot and Resco. Prophix (Financial Reporting). • Provide 2nd Level technical and functional support for all ERP and CRM system users. • Deliver client onboarding activities, maintain system training documentation, and provide training to end users. • Evaluate inefficiencies in system functions and recommend optimal business practices. • Document all aspects of systems to ensure knowledge is shared across the wider IT Team. • Comply with client’s quality, environmental and health and safety procedures to proactively develop a culture of, continuous quality improvement and the provision of a healthy and safe workplace, ensuring that all practical steps are taken to meet current OHS requirements. • You are required to familiarise yourself with and comply with all organisation policies and procedures. • And any other reasonable requests from your manager that align with the role and your skill set.

• Provide advanced support, engineering, and troubleshooting for cloud-based managed services. • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and lead problem resolution efforts. • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of service offerings using deep understanding of cloud platforms and problem-solving skills. • Execute expert-level real-time monitoring and incident dispositioning for critical client applications. • Lead triage of complex alerting environments and analyze high-level metrics to avoid service disruptions. • Drive automation of manual reporting processes and mentor junior staff.
