Job Requirements
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management, Einkauf bzw. Operations
- Fundierte Erfahrung im D2C E-Commerce ist für die Rolle entscheidend
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in Lieferantenverhandlungen und im Aufbau nachhaltiger Partnerschaften
- Tiefes Verständnis für operative und strategische Logistik- und Supply-Chain-Prozesse
- Routine im Umgang mit gängigen Tools (z. B. Shopsysteme, PM-Tools, Excel)
- Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Abläufe zu durchdringen und effizient zu verbessern
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1).
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung im Nahrungsergänzungsmittel-, Health- oder FMCG-Umfeld
