Responsibilities Inbound Execution & Data Stewardship (Upstream) - Own the purchase order process after SIOP meetings, including creating, issuing, and tracking POs. - Create and manage POs and related workflows inside QuickBooks. - Coordinate supplier communications including pricing updates, timelines, and delivery confirmations. - Act as the ultimate "Data Steward," maintaining perfectly accurate PO trackers and ensuring all physical inventory movements are mirrored in our digital systems (Google Sheets, ClickUp, etc.). - Ensure data cleanliness so our BigQuery ML models receive unbroken, accurate feeds. - Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional data and operations teams to ensure our data pipeline maintains absolute integrity from the point of purchase to executive dashboarding. - Support invoice management by organizing supplier invoices, tracking open items, and preparing documentation for internal approval workflows.
