• Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leaders, HRBPs, and Talent partners. • Utilize expertise to design innovative and competitive compensation programs that align with and support the company's business strategy. • Partner with stakeholders across various functions to plan, develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.
Job Requirements
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in compensation or closely related analytical roles, ideally in high‑growth technology or similarly dynamic environments.
- Deep understanding of compensation principles and practices across base pay, bonus, and equity (including program design, job architecture, ranges, market benchmarking, and pay equity).
- Demonstrated strength in quantitative analysis and modeling, including advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (e.g., modeling, scenario analysis, data visualization).
- Experience partnering with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support comp cycles, offers, promotions, and budgeting.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs among market alignment, internal equity, performance, and budget.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, Pave or Compa a plus
