• Launch, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok • Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns based on target business metrics • Collaborate closely with the creative team: brief creative producers, analyze what works, and iterate on creative production • Generate, prioritize, and systematically test new hypotheses (audiences, creatives, formats) • Develop automation and auto-rules for efficient campaign acquisition • Analyze competitors, track TikTok trends, and translate them into actionable ad strategies

Job Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • Deep understanding of core performance metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPM, RT
  • Strong analytical mindset: feeling comfortable working with numbers, identifying trends, and making fast, data-driven decisions
  • High proactivity and independence: you don’t wait for tasks, but suggest ideas, ask questions, and take ownership of results
  • Excellent attention to detail (double-checking links, budgets, naming conventions, and targeting)
  • English level B1+ (Intermediate or higher)
  • Will be an advantage: Experience managing large monthly ad budgets (250k+/month)
  • Experience working in product IT companies, mobile apps, or subscription-based businesses

💼 The Role We're hiring a Provider Growth Associate (Account Executive) to work closely with Loulaʼs Founding Sales Lead to grow our doula provider network and build referral partnerships with community-based organizations and healthcare providers.
