There is significant whitespace across your accounts, ready to be identified, shaped, and unlocked through strategic account leadership. - Drive Expansion Revenue: Identify, shape, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your account portfolio - Map and Penetrate Accounts: Build multi-threaded relationships, including C-level stakeholders, to uncover new buying centers - Create Strategic Account Plans: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to customer business priorities and Stibo’s value proposition - Spot Whitespace: Continuously assess where Stibo can deliver more impact across domains (product, customer, supplier, etc.) - Lead Commercial Conversations: Position value, build business cases, and confidently negotiate expansion deals - Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Customer Success, Services, and Product to ensure adoption and identify expansion triggers - Own Retention + Growth: Ensure customers not only stay—but expand meaningfully year over year What You Bring You’re a growth-oriented seller who knows how to expand within complexity. - 5+ years in account management, sales, or customer success within enterprise SaaS - Proven track record of success and exceeding budget/quota by upselling and cross-selling into existing accounts - Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and build executive relationships - Commercial mindset: you’re comfortable owning pipeline, forecasting, and closing - Experience in industries like Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences is a plus - Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Clari is helpful Most importantly: you think like an owner, act with urgency, and are motivated by growth. We offer What you get is real ownership and impact, with direct responsibility for revenue expansion across a defined portfolio. You’ll work on high‑value, strategic deals that sit at the core of enterprise transformation, while collaborating with leading global brands and international teams. We offer “MindFUL” and “MindFuel” days which are global days off and learning days, volunteer days and much more - International: A growing global company, worldwide career opportunities, multicultural teams and access to learning platforms like Udemy - Well-being: A caring and inspiring environment, promoting a happy and healthy lifestyle through a wide range of facilities and activities Join Stibo Systems, where we embrace 'All Kinds of Data Minds.'
