• Support the Enterprise Greenfield Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses & business justification in a presales capacity. • Develop deep expertise in New Relic products and services to provide customer-specific value propositions highlighting the benefits and differentiators of our products. • Identify and resolve critical business/technical issues. • Take technical ownership of the entire sales cycle and drive it to a successful close.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in pre-sales experience and/or similar capacities.
  • A high degree of knowledge around common programming languages and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of value-based selling in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • A good balance of sales, business, and technical expertise.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar.

Position Summary The Claims Operations Senior Supervisor leads a high-performing team of claims processors to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant work.
