Learn more at www.circana.com. Role Overview Our Business Analysts will focus on providing client support for Circana’s self-serve Marketing Mix solution. Primary areas of focus are project setup, data preparation and first line review of client issue resolution. Job Responsibilities - Project setup includes creating reports in Unify+ that define project parameters, working with client and internal team members to clarify any ambiguities and populating online forms to ensure proper application configuration. - Owning client data management for key client projects. The analyst will organize and track data files received, clean and reformat data to meet input template requirements and then load files into online Liquid Mix platform. - Additional client support, ranging from answering basic questions about input files or functionality on the Liquid Mix platform, to submitting tickets for technical issues encountered by the client that are to be resolved by ATP. Requirements - Holds a bachelor’s degree. - Ideally, the applicant should have 1-3 years of work experience in media measurement, analytics or data management. - - Exceptional organizational skills: ability to organize and keep track of multiple projects with numerous data files. - Analytic aptitude: ability to review large data sets and then identify and correct issues within Excel or other analytic platforms. - Strong interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and clear oral and written communication. - Learns new processes through reading instructions and observing demonstrations. Good note-taking skills and ability to reproduce steps following training sessions. - Works independently but also has the ability to work cooperatively with other team members as needed. - Personal accountability for tracking and completing work in a timely manner. - Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects. - Adapts well to change and remains calm under pressure. - Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications. The Population Health Financial Data Analyst will support clinic operations and population health initiatives by extracting, compiling, validating, analyzing and presenting data to Clinic Leadership. This position will help develop and drive clinical improvement and efficiency strategies through influential delivery of actionable analytics. Responsibilities: - Participates in teams supporting high visibility strategic initiatives in the areas of Quality and Population Health, including joint operating committee payor meetings, process improvement, clinical initiatives, and financial initiatives. - Understands department, segment and organizational strategy and operating objectives including their linkages to related areas. Provides decision support required for day-to-day operations to strategic planning and specific business performance issues across a matrixed environment.
