The Population Health Financial Data Analyst will support clinic operations and population health initiatives by extracting, compiling, validating, analyzing and presenting data to Clinic Leadership. This position will help develop and drive clinical improvement and efficiency strategies through influential delivery of actionable analytics. Responsibilities: - Participates in teams supporting high visibility strategic initiatives in the areas of Quality and Population Health, including joint operating committee payor meetings, process improvement, clinical initiatives, and financial initiatives. - Understands department, segment and organizational strategy and operating objectives including their linkages to related areas. Provides decision support required for day-to-day operations to strategic planning and specific business performance issues across a matrixed environment.
