Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer success or related role
  • Experience at an AI-first company (LLM labs, AI infrastructure, or high-growth GenAI apps)
  • Technical background in SaaS or API-first platforms
  • Proven track record of owning a quota
  • Experience in navigating procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to build repeatable systems for customer scalability.
