Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer success or related role
- Experience at an AI-first company (LLM labs, AI infrastructure, or high-growth GenAI apps)
- Technical background in SaaS or API-first platforms
- Proven track record of owning a quota
- Experience in navigating procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders
- Ability to build repeatable systems for customer scalability.

An overview of this roleAs a Customer Success Manager, you’ll help GitLab customers realize the full value of our DevSecOps platform by driving adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term advocacy.
