About the role: We are looking for Finance Specialist SEA from Malaysia who is responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial operations for Southeast Asia (SEA) entities. It includes maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports in line with global standards, and presenting monthly financial performance to stakeholders. In this role you will get to: - Do book-keeping for the entities located in SEA. - Prepare finance reports as per Global Finance guidelines. - Present monthly financial results to the respective stakeholders. - Involve in banking, payment, employee expense, cashflow, AR collection and dunning. - Work closely with local CPA firm and tax agents to fulfil all mandatory financial and tax filing. - Interact with global, regional and local management for all accounting questions. - Support global team in HR/Legal matters when requires. What we are looking for: Experience: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required. - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position of an international company. - Book-keeping and whole set accounting experience. - International experience working and/or studying abroad. While Naveris partners with an outsourced RCM vendor, this role focuses on denials management and appeals to ensure accurate reimbursement across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans. Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Reimbursement Supervisor – Back End, this role supports the Reimbursement department with a focus on claims denials, underpayments, and appeals resolution.
