Inside Sales Representative – Lead Generation Specialist
Treant
• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential leads daily, following provided scripts and value propositions. • Research target companies to identify key decision-makers and gather relevant business information. • Qualify prospects based on pre-defined criteria and determine their IT services needs. • Schedule high-quality appointments for the U.S. sales team to conduct consultations and demos. • Accurately document and manage lead details, call notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system. • Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to ensure alignment on lead quality and sales objectives. • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including calls made, leads qualified, and appointments booked. • Maintain a professional, friendly, and persuasive approach to engaging with potential clients. • Provide weekly reporting on lead generation activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably for U.S. or international clients).
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation KPIs.
- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written (neutral accent preferred).
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Familiarity with lead sourcing tools, prospecting techniques, and online research.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours and meet deadlines consistently.
- A quiet, distraction-free home office set up with reliable internet connectivity.
- Experience working in the Managed IT Services or technology solutions industry.
- Background in B2B appointment setting for SMB or mid-market clients.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar lead databases.
