Business Systems Analyst

• Acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements across the delivery lifecycle. • Leads business analysis efforts, champions stakeholder needs, and ensures solutions align with client objectives and Acxiom capabilities. • Utilizes expertise to lead project teams to select the approach that best fit requirement initiative needs. • Able to determine how and when to modify a selected approach as necessary. • Effectively manages internal and external stakeholder relationships and expectations. • Recognizes opportunities beyond the underlying business needs and issues, consulting the stakeholders in exploring these areas of opportunities. • Establishes metrics and measurements to track, assess, and report on the quality of business analysis work. • Conceptualize a recommended solution, enabling stakeholders to understand the new capabilities, boundaries, dependencies, constraints, and assumptions from a business perspective. • Collaborates with the Solution Architect to validate solution meets the client’s technical needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Computer Science) or related degree programs
  • Six years of relevant work experience.
  • High-level knowledge of data quality, database concepts, analysis, and rule/code development
  • High-level knowledge of appropriate software for data management, modeling or analysis
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using code language such as SQL, Python, R
  • Experience working with Big Data such as within Snowflake or GCP environment
  • Ability to identify ways to improve efficiency and troubleshoot data issues
  • Knowledge of third party data (demographic and modeled data), audience selection, and segmentation

Job Description The System Support Analyst II provides advanced technical assistance for Intelerad's medical imaging applications to customers across healthcare organizations. The System Support Analyst II serves as a subject matter expert who ensures customer success through technical expertise, proactive communication, and collaborative problem-solving that directly impacts patient care delivery.
