Business Development Representative – BDR

• Liderar la metodología de generación de nuevos leads en el mercado B2B de medianas empresas en Colombia para nuestro portafolio de servicios financieros, apalancado en herramientas digitales/scraping. • Realizar prospección via llamadas en frio, mailing masivo, Linkedin y otras fuentes públicas para crecer el pipeline de potenciales clientes. • Identificar y segmentar potenciales clientes en industrias o geografías específicas. • Acompañar los procesos de creación de estrategias de ventas, ayudando al equipo comercial al cierre de ventas. • Gestionar la información adecuadamente a través del CRM y recursos de monitoreo. • Trabajar de forma cercana y directa con ejecutivos y lideres comerciales para garantizar la conversión del lead en una nueva venta para la compañía. • Generar indicadores de su proceso relacionados con volumen y efectividad. • Proveer feedback continuo al equipo comercial, incluyendo insights sobre el flujo de venta. • Coordinar conversaciones iniciales con los potenciales clientes con el objetivo de identificar sus necesidades.

Job Requirements

  • Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en áreas comerciales, administrativas o afines.
  • Dos de experiencia en prospección B2B/empresas, deseable pero no excluyente en mercado colombiano y con intangibles (finanzas, tecnología, seguros)
  • Fuerte expertise en cold calling y búsqueda de información en medios digitales.
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas digitales, con excelente ortografía y enfoque en la calidad del servicio brindado.
