Role Description We’re looking for motivated, outgoing students to join ThinkFlix as Business Development Interns (Campus Representatives). This is a commission-based role ideal for students who are confident talking to people, active on social media, and interested in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or startups. You’ll be responsible for driving real user growth and revenue on your campus. - Represent ThinkFlix on your college or university campus - Actively talk to students about ThinkFlix and onboard new users - Promote ThinkFlix through in-person outreach, events, and study groups - Create and post short-form content on social media (TikTok, Instagram, Reels, etc.) showcasing ThinkFlix - Share referral links or promo codes to convert users into paying subscribers - Build relationships with student clubs, organizations, and study communities - Gather feedback from users and report insights to the ThinkFlix team Qualifications - Anyone active in the learning eco-system - Comfortable starting conversations and speaking with new people - Active or interested in social media content creation - Self-driven and results-oriented - Interested in business development, sales, marketing, startups, or AI/EdTech - Looking for flexible work with earning upside based on performance Benefits - 100% commission-based - Earn commission for every paying user you bring to ThinkFlix - No cap on earnings — the more users you convert, the more you earn - Free premium access to ThinkFlix - Top performers may be offered lead, regional, or paid growth roles Company Description ThinkFlix is an AI-powered education platform transforming textbooks and lecture notes into engaging, binge-worthy audio and video learning experiences.
